Frequently Asked Questions

What are some of the features of the machine?

Our equipment provides:

  • A credit/debit card reader that also accepts coins and cash
  • We regularly use remote monitoring to determine whether a product selection is running short.
  • If no one is working, energy-saving mode can be employed to prevent wasting power keeping drinks cold overnight.
  • A programmable machine that can offer workers incentives (e.g. to reward employees working on weekends)
  • SmartCard technology allows for rapid uploads and changes to machine settings.
  • Ability to integrate an entree/side dish vendor for machine-made nutritious food options
  • The 2012 American's With Disabilities Act (ADA) rules for vending machines apply to the machines.
  • The USA is proud to produce its machines.

Does our company have to pay for the machine?

Not a penny. Your firm will pay absolutely nothing for the machines. In actuality, we not only supply the machine but also regularly stock and service it. There's even a chance that your business will qualify for a commission on the monthly profits.

Who stocks the machine?

We do. We will keep an eye on, restock, and maintain the machine as needed. Each of our operators has had thorough training to guarantee that the level of service is well above anything you may have previously received from other machines. We are excited to share our dedication to providing nutritious products to your staff and customers because we are local members of your neighborhood.

Can our company choose the products that go into the machine?

Yes, your business can play a significant role in the available items. To please everyone, we think it's critical to offer a good selection of nutritious items. The machine will initially be stocked with the most well-liked healthy goods available locally. We will meet with you later to talk about the adjustments to the choices and your recommendations. We may also host some free product sample activities.

How often is the machine stocked?

Usually once a week or so. Each machine has wireless remote monitoring equipment so we can see whether a supply of a certain item is running low. We can set up a more frequent service schedule if it turns out that it has to be maintained more frequently than once per week.

Can our company get a commission on the products that are sold?

Your business can be qualified to collect commissions from the machine's monthly profits. Please discuss this choice with us.

What training have you received?

We have undergone in-depth training in a variety of topics, such as machine operation and maintenance, dietary recommendations, product management, inventory control, product sampling, etc. However, providing excellent customer service is our first priority; we are here to help both you and the machine's users. In case you need it, we'll give you a business card and put our local contact information on the machine.

How many machines can you provide to our business – more than one?

This relies on a number of variables. We must first assess how much foot traffic there is every day. The competition from other vending machines in your business, if any, needs to be taken into account next. We would be pleased to provide your company with an additional machine if these two conditions are met. There may be enough demand in some places, such as large schools, corporations, institutions, etc., for many machines.

What types of healthy products will be stocked in the machines?

All of the wholesome goods we offer are national recognized brands. The identical products can be found in your neighborhood Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and other health food stores. Now that they are becoming more widely available, many of these healthier goods may be purchased on the shelves of conventional grocery shops and even convenience stores. The items we sell not only offer healthier substitutes, but they also taste fantastic and are incredibly popular.

If we have a contract with another vendor, can we still receive a healthy vending machine?

This is dependent upon the particular deal. Numerous contracts only allow "conventional" vending products (e.g. Snickers, Coke, etc.). Because we can design menus with products that don't compete with those in another machine, this doesn't present a problem. The truth is that while many vending businesses assert they can offer healthier options, very few actually can.

Do we have to sign an agreement?

To ensure everyone is at ease, we ask that you sign a short contract outlining our relationship with your venue. There is no time limit on this agreement. In essence, it says that we are in charge of stocking and maintaining the machine.
